2023 Peake Ranch Vineyard Syrah

Black cherry, pomegranate molasses, just brined olives, and lavender envelopes this wine. It develops slowly in your nose, circulating from confectionary to savory and back again. Strong tannic mouthfeel combines with the acidity to be a serving plate for the density to be found in the back palate. Pleasurable to drink now, but age-worthy where the fruit components are sure to get more floral and spice in the future.
